Office Manager

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our members, Office Managers at The Coven are responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to all members, guests, and program attendees as well as overseeing our beautiful facility (more on that below!). We want every person who enters The Coven to feel cherished and adored.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assist members and visitors

  • Welcome and check-in/out members and guests as they enter and leave The Coven.

  • Provide tours of the space to new members and guests visiting for the first time.

  • Serve as a go-to source of info about all things Coven for members and potential members.

Create an amazing experience

  • Be professional and positive in interactions with all members and guests.

  • Create and strengthen relationships with members and guests to enhance their sense of belonging.

  • Solve member concerns proactively in a timely, professional manner.

Take charge of the day-to-day

  • Open in the morning (for morning shift), close at night (for afternoon shift).

  • Process sales for membership and Coven merchandise.

  • Support event planning and execution.

  • Assist with managing customer database.

 

This is a 25-30 hour/week position. Compensation is $15/hour, includes a Coven membership and other perks!
