Enjoy over 2,000 square feet of open, bright space for your next event. Our space is the perfect size for your next professional gathering, workshop, photo shoot or celebration.
Our building offers a private entrance for all of your guests, with an elevator that takes your group directly in to our beautiful space.
We offer a range of options for customizing the space to accommodate your event, from formal and functional to comfortable and casual, as well as unique spaces for photo shoots.
Our list of preferred, women-led caterers and event partners are experienced with our space to make your food and beverage needs seamless.
Floor rental: Up to 120 people
Week night (6 p.m. or after) | Saturday & Sunday (8 a.m. - 2 p.m.)*
For a limited time we are running a promotion on rental which ranges from $300 - $1,200 based on event, day and time.
Conference room: up to 12 people
Conference Room Rental - Weekday (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.) or Saturday (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- $50/hour for non-members
- Coven members receive discounted rates; please inquire for details.
*Booking an entire floor requires 50% of the fee upfront plus a $100 damage deposit. Additional hours may be added to the beginning or end of a rental period at the rate of $75/hour, starting no earlier than 6 a.m. and no later than 11 p.m.

What is the Cancellation policy?
The Coven needs to be notified in writing (email is acceptable) as soon as possible if it becomes necessary to cancel an event. Cancellation notice received more than 10 days before the scheduled event date will result in the forfeiting of ones deposit, which is 50% of the rental fee. If cancellation is made with less than 10 days notice renter is then responsible for balance of full rental fee.
